§ 22-291. Permit.

(a)

Required. No installation, alteration, or removal shall be made in the plumbing of any building, without a written permit therefor being first obtained from the city license-issuing clerk by the person having direct charge of such installation.

(b)

Fees. Fees shall be charged for the permit required by section 22-291 as specified in section 16 of appendix C.

(c)

Bond, license prerequisite to issuance. No permit for installation or alteration of any plumbing shall be issued until the license and bond required by section 22-311 have been obtained.
