§ 19. Required vote to overturn planning commission action.

Be it further ordained, etc., that any action of the planning commission authorized, hereunder, can be overruled only by a vote of two-thirds of the entire membership of the mayor and city council and a vote of less than two-thirds in favor of overruling the action of the planning commission shall be deemed as approval of the action of the planning commission.
