§ 17. Modifications of ordinance.

Be it further ordained, etc., that the planning commission and the mayor and city council hereby reserve the right to consider modifications of the requirements of this ordinance, when it is clearly evident that an extraordinary condition exists that would make it impractical and not feasible to comply with all the requirements of this ordinance.
