§ 14. Sewage and drainage systems.

Be it further ordained, etc., that if the proposed subdivision is located in the vicinity of the municipal sanitary sewer system and is accessible thereto, then a system of sewage laterals and collector lines shall be provided and connected to the municipal system. The design of the subdivision sewer system shall be approved by the city engineer. A sewer outlet shall be provided for each lot in the subdivision. The system shall meet all of the requirements of the applicable state regulatory agencies.

If the subdivision is not accessible to an operating sanitary sewer system, then the proposed methods of collecting, treating, and disposal of sewage shall conform to the current requirements of the applicable state regulatory agencies.
