§ 1. Compliance with ordinance required.

Be it ordained by the mayor and city council of the City of Port Allen, Louisiana, on this the 13th day of November, 1996, in regular session assembled, that no subdivision or resubdivision of land located in the corporate limits of the City of Port Allen into lots, plots or building sites will be permitted, accepted or approved by the planning commission and the mayor and city council of the City of Port Allen, Louisiana, until and unless said subdivision or resubdivisions shall have been accomplished in strict conformity and compliance with each and every rule, regulation and provision of this ordinance.
