§ 82-61. Authority to establish; operation restricted.

(a)

The mayor and chief of police are hereby authorized, from time to time, to establish those streets or portions which shall be designated as one-way for purposes of vehicular travel.

(b)

When such streets or portions thereof have been designated one-way and appropriately marked, it shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to drive such vehicle on any one-way street in any direction other than that indicated as permitted.
