§ 6. Same—Permit fees.

(a)

Residential:

(1)

$1.00—$10,000.00 ..... $10.00

(2)

$10,001.00 and up ..... $10.00 plus
$1.00 per $1,000.00 or
portion thereof over $10,000.00

(3)

Reinspection (per inspection) ..... $10.00

A double permit fee will be charged if construction is started before the permit is approved.

(b)

Commercial:

(1)

$1.00 to $12,500.00 ..... $25.00

(2)

$12,501.00 and up ..... $25.00 plus
$1.00 per $1,000.00 or
portion thereof over $10,000.00

(3)

Reinspection (per inspection) ..... $25.00

A double permit fee will be charged if construction is started before the permit is approved.

Certificate of occupancy ..... $5.00
