§ 12. Preparation of final plan.

Be it further ordained, etc., that upon receiving conditional approval of the preliminary plan by the planning commission and the mayor and city council, the owner or subdivider shall have the final plan prepared, containing the changes or additions ordered by the planning commission and conforming to these regulations, the planning commission shall execute the form showing the approval by the planning commission and the mayor and city council, on condition to the mayor and city council relative to the improvement of all streets and alleys involved, the installation of utilities, and the necessary drainage of the property.
